VALUE OF SERVICE: • Inspector Don walked 10% of the attic – decided that he was unable to reach to the rest of the house – especially the impacted areas; • popped his head to 2nd attic access, decided unable to walk; • popped his head to 3d attic access and determined that the structure was ok; • Took some photos of the damaged interiors (cracks and water leak after the boom impact) pointed by me; • Sent me a report unrelated to my concerns of the boom impact to my house!! 2. PRICING - Extremely overpriced! 3. Due to the very limited areas of the attic being inspected by Don, I had to hire a second company to evaluate my roof.
